Some of the best books by Meg Cabot. Its a must read.
Ok, sorry, I know that this book came out more than a year ago and that now is a little bit late to review it but there are many people out there who might not have read this book. For those of you who have read this book, you know what it is about but for you who haven’t, well the book is about Katie Ellison who is pretty, popular, smart- she’s top of the class, ‘bursting with talent’ and she’s got the kind of boyfriend any girl would kill to have.
She has been the girlfriend of Seth Turner, the amazing football star also known as a Quahog- that’s the name of their football team, for four years. Well, who wouldn’t want that kind of life? Just as life was looking up for Katie, Tommy Sullivan, who got ran out of town because of an incident four years ago, came back and said that he was enrolling in Eastport High. Tommy used to be best friends with Katie but when he left Eastport, she lost contact with him and now she is sure he is back for only one thing, revenge for what had happened four years ago. And if Katie is not careful, he might just ruin everything. Read the book to find out more….
I am sure most of you will love this book as much as I did when I read it. Meg Cabot sure knows how to captivate her readers…

Again, another book I am reviewing that came out a long time ago. This book? Even longer…I think it was published in 2002 if I am not wrong. This book is perfect for kids and teenagers(mostly girls) aged 10-16. All the friends I recommended this book to said that they loved it and most of them don’t read books if they can help it.
Anyway, this book is about Samantha Madison who insists that she has lots of problems, what with being the middle child and all. I will say she just suffers from Middle Child Syndrome. Sam has two sisters, Lucy and Rebecca. Lucy, a pretty and popular cheerleader, has the type of boyfriend that Samantha wants- the type whom the parents hate and is a non-jock. On a rainy day, while skipping the art lessons that she is forced to take on account of her drawing celebrity during her German lessons and getting a C-minus, she stops a crazy psycho from assassinating the American President. Now Sam’s an instant, world-famous celebrity. Wouldn’t you want to be one as well? After reading this book, remember to read its sequel, Ready or not. Its a two book series and I hope you enjoy reading these two books.

Here is another great book by the best-selling author of The Princess Diaries. The title of the book, Teen Idol is a book that every girl would love to read as it portrays a character that many of us would love to be. This hilarious and captivating book is about a high school junior Jenny Greenley who is so good at solving problems that she is the school newspaper’s anonymous advice columnist. The interesting and thrilling part of this story is when nineteen-year-old screen sensation Luke Striker comes to Jenny’s small town to research a role, creating huge havoc that even Jenny isn’t sure she can repair. Can Jenny, who manages to be there for everybody else, learn to take her own advice, and find true love at last?
Sorry, most parts of this review comes from the back cover of the book itself because I don’t have the book. Yet. I had borrowed it at the library when I read the back cover page on what the book was about. I loved this book as much as the previous two books I reviewed on. I had gotten so engrossed with this book that I couldn’t put it down until I finished reading it two times. Crazy, I know, but Meg Cabot’s books are that interesting and thrilling.

OK, here is the 2nd last review I am going to write. This book is a chilling new novel of paranormal romantic suspense from Meg Cabot. Bad luck has followed Jean Honeychurch all her life. She couldn’t go somewhere or do something without banging into things or breaking something. This is how she was nicknamed Jinx.
Having said to have special powers of a witch, JInx has always been a social pariah and through a twist of mystery, hatred and revenge involving her cousin Tory, her special powers might be the only thing that can save her. This book is a quick read with relatable characters and just the right amount of the witchy stuff. If you don’t like chick lit, you might find this book filled with too many cliches for comfort but this book is still a thrilling read…aren’t all of them??

Here is the last review, Avalon High. I haven’t had the chance to read this book yet even though it has been published a while ago so I will just review it as best as I can. Most of my friends enjoyed this book tremendously and had said that it was another one of Meg Cabot’s great work of being an author.
Being a dark and suspenseful novel based on the legend of Camelot, this book is full of mystery, twists and turns that entwine Lance, the hunky footballer, Jennifer the cheerleader and Will, the senior class president and Ellie herself.
Will there be anything she can do to stop the tragedy from happening to Avalon High and what if there is nothing she can do about it? Read this book to find out how it all ends. I will too…most definitely. In this book, Meg Cabot has weaved romance, fantasy and history all into one thrilling story. It’s a must read for those of you who have yet to read it…like me…
